1. Why this disclosure is here

Riviera Advisors Inc. curates links to third-party travel tools, services, credit cards and products. Some links may be referral or affiliate links. If a visitor uses an eligible link and completes a qualifying action, Riviera may receive compensation under that provider's program.

A provider name, logo, link or description does not by itself mean Riviera has a compensated relationship with that provider.

2. Current referral-link status

The Chase Sapphire Reserve and Bilt links presented in Riviera's Resources are currently configured as referral links. If a qualifying action is completed, Riviera may receive a program benefit. The provider controls qualification, attribution, timing and the nature of any benefit.

Other resource destinations currently presented as links to official provider homepages are not represented as compensated referrals unless the relevant link is expressly labeled otherwise.

3. How links are identified

Riviera aims to label tracked recommendations clearly and to keep them visually and verbally separate from ordinary external links. An external link does not become an affiliate link merely because Riviera selected, organized or described it.

4. What a referral relationship means

A third party may attribute an eligible application, purchase, account opening or other qualifying action to a referral link. Not every click or action earns compensation, and Riviera cannot guarantee that an action will be tracked or accepted.

The third party remains responsible for its offer, eligibility rules, decisions, terms, fulfillment and support.

5. Pricing, eligibility and offers

Riviera does not promise that a referral link provides the same price, offer, eligibility or benefits available through another channel. Providers control pricing, fees, interest rates, taxes, inventory, application criteria, promotional terms and rewards.

Visitors should compare current official terms before applying, purchasing or booking.

6. Cards and financial resources

Credit-card, points, miles and rewards content is general educational information, not personalized financial, tax, legal, investment, credit or accounting advice.

Issuers control annual fees, interest rates, offers, benefits, approval standards, credit limits and program rules. Riviera does not guarantee approval, a particular offer, benefit, points value or suitability.

7. Insurance and compensation resources

Insurance, claim-assistance and travel-compensation content is general information rather than personalized insurance, financial or legal advice. Riviera is not an insurer, adjuster, attorney, claims administrator or guarantor.

Coverage, exclusions, evidence requirements, deadlines, fees and outcomes depend on provider terms and individual facts. A link does not guarantee coverage, reimbursement or recovery.

8. Editorial independence and trademarks

Compensation can create an incentive to feature a provider, which is why Riviera discloses known referral relationships. Inclusion or placement is not a promise that a resource is the best, least expensive or most suitable option.

Riviera will not claim a formal partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless documented and approved for publication. Provider names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Changes

Riviera may update this disclosure when its resource inventory, link configuration or commercial relationships change. Visitors should review the label shown beside a link and the provider's current terms before acting.
