1. Agreement and website purpose

RivieraAdvisors.org is operated by Riviera Advisors Inc. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website presents Riviera's travel-advisory and points-strategy services, an AI Trip Planner, curated resources, a business-class seat guide, a transfer directory and ways to submit an inquiry. It is not a live booking engine, checkout service, financial account or loyalty-program account.

2. Separate advisory engagements

Browsing the website, using a complimentary tool or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a paid advisory, booking, ticketing, fiduciary or agency relationship and does not require Riviera to accept a request.

If Riviera and a client decide to work together, scope, fees and commercial terms will be confirmed separately. Information submitted through the website is not a confirmed reservation, award hold, transfer instruction or purchase authorization.

3. AI Trip Planner

The AI Trip Planner creates a preliminary informational itinerary from the details a user provides. Automated output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or suggestions that are unsuitable for a particular traveler.

Planner results do not represent live schedules, availability, fares, award space, operating hours, entry requirements, safety conditions, reservations or bookings. Material details must be verified with current authoritative sources before making decisions or spending money.

A PDF or itinerary sent to Riviera remains a planning draft and does not become a verified or booked trip unless Riviera separately confirms those services.

4. Points, miles and seat information

Riviera does not operate or control airline, hotel, bank, card-issuer or loyalty-program systems. Award availability, aircraft, seat products, transfer ratios, benefits, eligibility, fees, taxes, expiration rules and redemption values can change without notice.

Examples and directory information are illustrative and are not live quotations, guarantees or promises of availability or value. Point transfers can be irreversible. Verify current program terms before transferring points or completing a redemption.

5. Third-party providers and referral resources

External providers operate independently and maintain their own content, terms, privacy practices, pricing, eligibility, inventory, fulfillment and support.

Some links may be affiliate or referral links. Not every external link is compensated. A link does not by itself establish a partnership, endorsement, guarantee or representation that a product is suitable for a particular visitor.

6. Submissions and communications

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. You remain responsible for submitted content and for avoiding sensitive information the website does not request.

Submitting an inquiry authorizes communications reasonably related to that inquiry. It does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

9. Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and satisfying current passport, visa, entry, transit, health, vaccination, customs, immigration, accessibility and other requirements applicable to them and their itinerary.

Travelers must review supplier names, dates, airports, room types, cancellation terms, ticket details and confirmations before accepting or relying on them.

10. Accuracy and availability

Travel information changes frequently. The website may contain incomplete or outdated material or experience technical interruptions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information is not real-time.

Riviera does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability, compatibility with every device or a particular response time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and informational features are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties not expressly required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riviera and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use, preliminary planner output, points information, external links or third-party services.

Riviera is not responsible for a third party's availability, pricing, approval decisions, acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, fulfillment, security or conduct outside Riviera's control. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Indemnification, changes and severability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Riviera and its personnel from third-party claims arising from unlawful misuse of the website, a material violation of these Terms, content submitted without necessary rights or infringement of another person's rights.

Riviera may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, operations or applicable requirements. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
