What does it cost to work with Riviera?

Complete Trip Planning starts at $750, with final pricing based on trip length and complexity. Private Travel Management is custom priced. Travel Advisory is $200 per hour, Award Search is $150 per person and Concierge Award Booking is $200 per person. Complex requests are scoped before work begins.

Can Riviera plan and book an entire trip?

Yes. Riviera can manage flights, hotels, villas, transportation, experiences, dining and a complete itinerary—or just the parts where you need help.

Can Riviera help with only flights or only a hotel?

Yes. You can hire Riviera for a focused part of a trip or for end-to-end planning.

Do I still earn loyalty points and benefits?

Whenever available through the booking channel and selected rate, yes.

Can you use Virtuoso and preferred hotel benefits?

When an eligible hotel and rate are available, Riviera can arrange preferred-program benefits. Benefits vary by property, rate, program and availability.

What happens if my plans change?

Riviera will help assess the options and coordinate agreed changes. Supplier rules, availability and any fare differences still apply.
