2. Information you provide

Depending on the feature you use, Riviera may receive your name, email address, phone number, requested service, destinations, departure city, travel dates, traveler details, budget, preferences, loyalty-program names, approximate points balances and additional notes.

The AI Trip Planner receives the destination, timing, traveler count, budget, interests, dining preferences and other trip context you choose to submit. If you send an itinerary to Riviera, we also receive the itinerary and the contact details entered with that request.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, passport numbers, government identification numbers, loyalty-account credentials or sensitive health information through website forms or the planner.

3. Information received automatically

The systems used to deliver, secure and maintain the website may receive routine technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested page, referring page, date and time, security events and diagnostic information.

4. How Riviera uses information

Riviera may use information to review and respond to inquiries, understand the requested service, generate an AI-assisted itinerary, prepare a PDF, review an itinerary sent to Riviera, communicate about a request, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse and comply with applicable obligations.

Submitting an inquiry or itinerary is not consent to unrelated promotional email. Any future marketing subscription would require a separate choice and an appropriate method to unsubscribe.

5. AI Trip Planner

The planner does not require a visitor account. Trip information is sent to the AI service configured for the feature so the requested draft can be generated. That provider handles information under its applicable terms, privacy documentation and account settings.

AI output may contain errors, omissions or outdated recommendations. Do not include sensitive information in a planner prompt, and verify material travel details before acting.

6. PDFs and itinerary sharing

A downloaded PDF may remain on your device, in your downloads or in any storage location you select. You are responsible for protecting copies saved or shared outside the website.

When you send an itinerary to Riviera, Riviera and its communications providers process the itinerary and contact information needed to review and respond to the request.

7. How information may be shared

Information may be made available to Riviera personnel and to hosting, security, communications, AI and technical providers reasonably needed to operate the requested feature or respond to an inquiry.

Riviera may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, protect rights and safety, or support a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate handling.

Riviera does not sell personal information.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
